A1120、A1121、A1122、A1123 和 A1125 霍爾效應(yīng)、單極開關(guān)是極端溫度穩(wěn)定和抗應(yīng)力傳感器 IC ，特別適合擴(kuò)展溫度范圍的工作條件（最高可達(dá) 150°C ）。動態(tài)偏移消除技術(shù)保證了在高溫下的良好性能，可降低通常由器件超模壓、溫度依存性及熱應(yīng)力引起的剩余偏移電壓。\n\n每個器件在單硅片上裝有以下元件：穩(wěn)壓器、霍爾電壓發(fā)生器、小型信號放大器、斬波穩(wěn)定裝置、施密特觸發(fā)器，以及帶短路保護(hù)的開漏極輸出（最大灌電流 25 mA）。\n\n板載穩(wěn)壓器允許在 3 至 24 V 的電源電壓下工作。在 3 V 電壓工作的優(yōu)點是，器件可用于 3 V 的應(yīng)用或可添加額外的外部電阻與電源引腳串聯(lián)，實現(xiàn)更大的高壓瞬時保護(hù)。\n\n對A1120、A1121、A1122 和 A1123而言，強度足夠大的南磁極才可打開輸出。移開磁場時，輸出會關(guān)閉。A1125 與這些器件起互補作用，南極可關(guān)閉 A1125 輸出，移開磁場時打開輸出。\n\n兩種封裝類型都能為大多數(shù)應(yīng)用提供磁性優(yōu)化的封裝。LH 型封裝是經(jīng)改進(jìn)的 SOT23W 表面安裝型封裝，而 UA 封裝是供過孔安裝使用的三引腳超小型 SIP。各封裝類型（后綴，-T）均不含鉛，引腳框采用 100% 霧錫電鍍。\n\n
