TMUX7462F 是四通道保護(hù)器，可置于信號(hào)路徑的前端，保護(hù)下游敏感組件不會(huì)因過壓故障受損。4 個(gè)通道中均有內(nèi)部開關(guān)，可在發(fā)生過壓故障時(shí)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，無需外部控制。它使器件的每個(gè)通道不再需要控制信號(hào)，可簡化穩(wěn)健系統(tǒng)級(jí)保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)。TMUX7462F 在通電和斷電情況下均提供過壓保護(hù)，適用于無法精確控制電源定序的應(yīng)用。\n\n如果器件電源浮動(dòng)、接地或低于欠壓 (UV) 閾值，開關(guān)通道都將保持高阻抗?fàn)顟B(tài)（無論開關(guān)輸入條件如何）。 如果任何 Sx 引腳上的信號(hào)電平超過故障電壓（VFP 或 VFN）一個(gè)閾值電壓 (VT)，Sx 引腳將變?yōu)楦咦钁B(tài)，一個(gè)輸出故障標(biāo)志將置于低電平，指示正常運(yùn)行中的故障情況。漏極引腳 (Dx) 將被拉至超出范圍的故障電源電壓或保持懸空，具體取決于 DR 控制邏輯。\n\n該器件在雙電源（±5V 至 ±22V）、單電源（8V 至 44V）或非對(duì)稱電源供電時(shí)均能正常運(yùn)行。器件平緩的低導(dǎo)通電阻使 TMUX7462F 成為數(shù)據(jù)采集應(yīng)用的理想解決方案，因?yàn)槌錾木€性度和低失真對(duì)于數(shù)據(jù)采用非常重要。
