RT9801A/B 是用于微處理器（MCU）和數(shù)字系統(tǒng)的供電系統(tǒng)電壓監(jiān)控的微功耗電壓檢測器，它們提供以 0.1V 為間隔、全范圍為1.5V~5V的用戶可程序設(shè)計電壓檢測閾值，可覆蓋幾乎所有數(shù)字應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的需要。RT9801A/B 的電流消耗僅有 3μA，其電壓檢測閾值 VTH 可借助將其3個端子分別連接至 GND 、VDD或懸空進(jìn)行選擇，兩個型號的電壓閾值范圍分別是 1.5V~4V 和 2.5V~5V，它們被分別設(shè)定以滿足所有客戶的需要。RT9801A/B 通過在檢測到其 VDD 電壓低于其設(shè)定的電壓閾值時輸出復(fù)位信號來完成電壓監(jiān)控的工作。在 VDD 低于設(shè)定閾值期間，復(fù)位信號將持續(xù)存在；復(fù)位信號的釋放將在 VDD 從低于設(shè)定的電壓閾值中恢復(fù)正常之后再經(jīng)歷一段恒定的復(fù)位有效時間之后發(fā)生。RT9801A/B 的輸出是 N 溝道 MOSFET 的開漏輸出，其封裝是 SOT-23-6。
