1A, 1.5MHz 同步降壓型 DC/DC 轉(zhuǎn)換器

RT8016為高效率脈波寬度調(diào)變(PWM)的降壓型 DC/DC 轉(zhuǎn)換器。輸入范圍2.5V 至5.5V時(shí)，輸出電流可達(dá)1A?？山逵赏獠侩娮枵{(diào)整輸出電壓1V 至3.3V，調(diào)整間距0.1V，適用于由單一鋰電池供電的可攜式電子裝置，例如移動(dòng)電話(huà)、PDA與掌上型裝置。RT8016提供了兩種操作模式:PWM/低壓降自動(dòng)切換模式與關(guān)機(jī)模式。內(nèi)部的低RDS(ON)同步整流元件降低了操作在PWM模式的的導(dǎo)通損耗，且不需外加蕭特基二極管于實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)中。RT8016當(dāng)PWM操作時(shí)無(wú)法連續(xù)導(dǎo)通上端P-MOSFET時(shí)，進(jìn)入低壓降模式。當(dāng)EN腳位為低電位時(shí)，進(jìn)入關(guān)機(jī)模式，消耗電流小于0.1μA。由于操; ? 2.5V 至 5.5V 的輸入電壓范圍\n? 可調(diào)輸出電壓范圍0.6V 至 VIN\n? 1A輸出電流\n? 效率達(dá)95% \n? 不需外加蕭特基二極管\n? 1.5MHz 定頻PWM操作\n? 具有6-引腳的 WDFN封裝規(guī)格\n? 符合RoHS規(guī)范與100%的引腳無(wú)鉛特性\n;
