The NCD5700 is a high-current, high-performance stand-alone IGBT driver for high power applications that include solar inverters, motor control and uninterruptable power supplies. The device offers a cost-effective solution by eliminating many external components.Device protection features include Active Miller Clamp, accurate UVLO, EN input, DESAT protection and Active Low FAULT output. The driver also features an accurate 5.0 V output and separate high and low (VOH and VOL) driver outputs for system design convenience. The driver is designed to accommodate a wide voltage range of bias supplies including unipolar and bipolar voltages. It is available in a 16-pin SOIC package.

NCD57000 is a high?current single channel IGBT driver with internal\ngalvanic isolation, designed for high system efficiency and reliability\nin high power applications. Its features include complementary inputs,\nopen drain FAULT and Ready outputs, active Miller clamp, accurate\nUVLOs, DESAT protection, soft turn-off at DESAT, and separate high\nand low (OUTH and OUTL) driver outputs for system design\nconvenience. NCD57000 accommodates both 5V and 3.3V signals on\nthe input side and wide bias voltage range on the driver side including\nnegative voltage capability. NCD57000 provides > 5 kVrms (UL1577\nrating) galvanic isolation and > 1200 Viorm (working voltage)\ncapabilities. NCD57000 is available in the wide-body SOIC-16 package\nwith guaranteed 8 mm creepage distance between input and output to\nfulfill reinforced safety insulation requirements.
