MAX535/MAX5351集成了低功耗、電壓輸出、13位數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器(DAC)和精密輸出放大器，采用8引腳μMAX?或DIP封裝。MAX535采用+5V單電源供電，MAX5351采用+3.3V單電源供電。兩款器件的電源電流消耗均僅為280μA。\n\n 輸出放大器的反相輸入可供用戶實(shí)現(xiàn)特定增益配置、遠(yuǎn)程檢測(cè)和高輸出電流能力。因此，MAX535/MAX5351非常適合用于包括工業(yè)過(guò)程控制的各種應(yīng)用。其他特性包括軟件關(guān)斷和上電復(fù)位。串行接口與SPI?/QSPI?或MICROWIRE?兼容。此DAC有一個(gè)雙緩沖輸入，采用一個(gè)輸入寄存器后跟一個(gè)DAC寄存器的組織形式。16位串行字將數(shù)據(jù)加載到輸入寄存器中。DAC寄存器可以獨(dú)立更新，也可以與輸入寄存器同時(shí)更新。所有邏輯輸入均與TTL/CMOS邏輯兼容，并通過(guò)施密特觸發(fā)器進(jìn)行緩沖，以支持直接與光耦合器進(jìn)行接口。\n\n ?\n\n
