MAX4412單通道運(yùn)算放大器和MAX4413雙通道運(yùn)算放大器是單位增益穩(wěn)定的器件,不僅具有高速性能、低電源電流,還采用超小型封裝。兩款器件均采用+2.7V至+5.5V單電源供電,具有軌到軌輸出,并且其共模輸入電壓范圍從地電壓以下100mV擴(kuò)展至正供電軌的+1.5V范圍內(nèi)。\n\n MAX4412/MAX4413實(shí)現(xiàn)了500MHz的-3dB帶寬和140V/μs的壓擺率,同時(shí)每個(gè)放大器的電源電流消耗僅為1.7mA。這使得MAX4412/MAX4413非常適合視頻、通信和儀器儀表等低功耗/低電壓、高速便攜式應(yīng)用。\n\n 對于需要更嚴(yán)格規(guī)格的系統(tǒng),Maxim提供MAX4414–MAX4419系列運(yùn)算放大器。MAX4414–MAX4419是MAX4412/MAX4413的激光調(diào)整版本,包括有補(bǔ)償和無補(bǔ)償器件。\n\n MAX4412采用超小型5引腳SC70和SOT23封裝,而MAX4413采用節(jié)省空間的8引腳SOT23封裝。\n\n ?\n\n
