MAX4080/MAX4081是兩種高側(cè)電流檢測(cè)放大器，輸入電壓范圍4.5V至76V，非常適合于電信、汽車、底板及其它需要嚴(yán)密監(jiān)視高壓電流的系統(tǒng)。MAX4080只適用于單向電流檢測(cè)，而MAX4081可進(jìn)行雙向電流檢測(cè)。通過(guò)MAX4081的單一輸出引腳，便可連續(xù)監(jiān)視從充電到放電整個(gè)變化過(guò)程，無(wú)須額外的極性輸出。MAX4081還要求用一個(gè)外部基準(zhǔn)來(lái)設(shè)定零電流時(shí)的輸出電平(VSENSE = 0V)。反映充電電流大小的輸出電壓范圍在VREF與VCC之間，而反映放電電流大小的輸出電壓在VREF與GND之間。\n\n 此組芯片76V的輸入電壓范圍完全與電源電壓(VCC)和共模輸入電壓(VRS+)無(wú)關(guān)，最大限度地?cái)U(kuò)大了其應(yīng)用范圍。由于高側(cè)電流檢測(cè)不干擾被測(cè)負(fù)載的地線，使得MAX4080/MAX4081廣泛適用于高電壓系統(tǒng)中。\n\n 三檔不同增益(5V/V、20V/V、60V/V，分別用后綴F，T，S表示)和用戶自選的外部檢測(cè)電阻相組合，很容易自行設(shè)定滿量程電流以及與之成正比的輸出電壓。MAX4080/MAX4081為用戶提供了一種高度集成的簡(jiǎn)單、精確和緊湊的電流檢測(cè)方案。\n\n MAX4080/MAX4081可工作于4.5V至76V單電源，僅需電源電流75μA。兩種器件均滿足汽車級(jí)工作溫度范圍(-40°C至+125°C)，提供8引腳μMAX?或SO封裝。\n\n \n\n
