LTM4656是一款完整高效的μModule?（電源模塊）升壓穩(wěn)壓器，具有開(kāi)關(guān)控制器、功率FET、電感器和所有支持組件。只需要一個(gè)輸入和輸出電容。在4.5V至28V的輸入電壓范圍內(nèi)工作時(shí)，LTM4656支持通過(guò)單個(gè)外部電阻設(shè)置的6V至36V輸出電壓范圍。其高效率設(shè)計(jì)提供高達(dá)5A的連續(xù)輸出電流。串聯(lián)保護(hù)電路可設(shè)置最大輸入電流，如果超過(guò)該電流則將切斷輸入功率，然后重試（請(qǐng)參見(jiàn)數(shù)據(jù)手冊(cè)中“典型應(yīng)用”部分）。\n\n 高密度升壓設(shè)計(jì)可轉(zhuǎn)換高達(dá) 180 W 的輸出功率。\n\n 故障保護(hù)功能包括：過(guò)熱保護(hù)和與自動(dòng)重試相關(guān)的過(guò)流保護(hù)輸入。該μmodule電源模塊采用節(jié)省空間的耐熱性能增強(qiáng)型16mm × 16mm × 7.07mm BGA封裝。LTM4656是一款符合RoHS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的無(wú)鉛產(chǎn)品。\n\n
