ADS1114L 和 ADS1115L (ADS111xL) 是采用超小型 12 引腳 DSBGA 封裝和 10 引腳 VSSOP 封裝的精密、低功耗、16 位、I2C 兼容模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器 (ADC)。ADS111xL 采用了低漂移電壓基準(zhǔn)和振蕩器。ADS111xL 還包含一個可編程增益放大器 (PGA) 和一個數(shù)字比較器。除了這些特性，該器件還具有寬工作電源電壓范圍，因而非常適用于功率受限型和空間受限型傳感器測量應(yīng)用。\n\nADS111xL 可在數(shù)據(jù)速率高達(dá) 860 個樣本/秒 (SPS) 的情況下執(zhí)行轉(zhuǎn)換。PGA 可提供從 ±256mV 到 ±6.144V 的輸入范圍，從而實現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)的大小信號測量。ADS1115L 具有一個輸入多路復(fù)用器 (MUX)，可實現(xiàn)雙路差分輸入或四路單端輸入測量。在 ADS111xL 中使用數(shù)字比較器可進(jìn)行欠壓和過壓檢測。
