ADM3485E是一款3.3 V低功耗數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)器，提供±15 kV ESD保護，適用于多點總線傳輸線路的半雙工通信。該器件針對平衡數(shù)據(jù)傳輸而設(shè)計，符合TIA/EIA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)RS-485和RS-422。ADM3485E是半雙工收發(fā)器，驅(qū)動器和接收器共用差分線路，但各自具有獨立的使能輸入。 \n\n 該器件具有12 kΩ接收器輸入阻抗，允許一條總線最多連接32個收發(fā)器。由于任一時間僅使能一個驅(qū)動器，因此禁用或關(guān)斷驅(qū)動器的輸出處于三態(tài)，避免總線過載。 \n\n 接收器具有故障安全特性，當(dāng)輸入浮地時，可確保輸出保持邏輯高狀態(tài)。熱關(guān)斷電路可防止總線競爭或輸出短路導(dǎo)致功耗過大。 \n\n 該器件的額定溫度范圍為工業(yè)溫度范圍，提供8引腳窄體SOIC封裝。\n\n
