AD9956是ADI公司的首款A(yù)gileRF頻率合成器，由一個(gè)DDS和PLL電路組成。DDS具有一個(gè)工作速度最高達(dá)400 MSPS的14位DAC和一個(gè)48位頻率調(diào)諧字。PLL電路含有一個(gè)相位檢波器，該檢波器具有可調(diào)整的200 MHz輸入（預(yù)標(biāo)定器輸入的工作頻率最高達(dá)650 MHz），并且可以對(duì)電荷泵電流進(jìn)行數(shù)字控制。該器件還內(nèi)置一個(gè)具有可編程壓擺率的650 MHz PECL驅(qū)動(dòng)器。AD9956采用先進(jìn)的DDS技術(shù)，內(nèi)置高速、高性能數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器和先進(jìn)的相位檢波器/電荷泵組合，可以合成最高達(dá)2.7 GHz的數(shù)字可編程、頻率捷變模擬輸出正弦波。該器件專(zhuān)為提供快速跳頻和精密調(diào)諧分辨率（48位頻率調(diào)諧字）而設(shè)計(jì)。信息通過(guò)一個(gè)串行I/O端口載入AD9956，器件寫(xiě)入速度為25 Mb/秒。AD9956 DDS模塊還支持用戶定義的線性掃描工作模式。 AD9956的額定工作溫度范圍為?40°C至+125°C擴(kuò)展汽車(chē)應(yīng)用溫度范圍。\n\n
